At Design Policy, we aim to keep things simple and fair. Our refund policy explains when refunds apply, how to request them, and the conditions to ensure a smooth experience.
Introduction & Scope of Services

Design Policy Ltd (“Design Policy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides unlimited graphic and web design services on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to our terms of use, payment policies, and refund policy as outlined below.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment gateways. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and cover only the scope of services listed on the Design Policy website or agreed in writing.

Design Policy reserves the right to update these policies at any time, with prior notice sent to the email address associated with your account.
Refund Eligibilty & Time Frame

We guarantee a full refund of your first subscription payment or trial fee if requested within 7 calendar days of the initial transaction. However, Design Policy Ltd may reject refund requests under any of the following circumstances:

The client has attempted to hack, damage, or misuse our systems, assets, services, or reputation.

The client has used or attempted to use Design Policy services for resale without prior written consent.

The client’s account has been involved in fraudulent activities (including but not limited to affiliate fee fraud or unauthorized payment disputes).

The client has already consumed a significant portion of deliverables beyond what is reasonable for a trial period.

Refunds apply only to the initial subscription or trial purchase and do not cover subsequent renewals, unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact Design Policy Ltd at hello@design-policy.com within the eligible timeframe.

Your email must be sent from the same email address used for the payment.Include the transaction date, subscription plan details, and the reason for the refund request.

Design Policy Ltd will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.
Service Usage & Limitations

Our unlimited design service is intended for a single client or brand per subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are prohibited from:

Sharing one account across multiple businesses or third parties.
Submitting projects on behalf of other entities without prior approval.
Using our delivered designs for illegal, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

Design Policy retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these usage policies without refund.
Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full payment and delivery, you are granted a license to use the final approved designs for your business or brand.

Ownership: Final approved deliverables are transferred to you, excluding any third-party stock assets that are subject to their own licensing terms.

Work-in-progress files: Internal source files, drafts, or rejected concepts remain the property of Design Policy unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Prohibited use: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our work without written permission.
Dispute Resolution & Policy Updates

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. Most issues can be quickly resolved through open communication. If disputes arise that cannot be resolved amicably, they will be handled in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction stated in our Terms of Service.

Design Policy may periodically update these policies to reflect changes in services, laws, or best practices. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
